What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It says the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform this new, that range is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, massive community. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is said to be on the roadmap. That should make the platform set once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. Zero deposit requirement. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is where this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says what kind of broker this is.

Put together that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

This is the part that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this guarantee anything. But factor into how you think about it.

The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense is your call.

Deposit Bonus

TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade top up your balance. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before you commit.
